In M20 concrete grade, their fck value is equal to 20 N/mm^2. In M15 concrete grade, their fck value is equal to 15 N/mm^2. In M15 concrete grade, their fck value is equal to 15 N/mm^2. In M10 concrete grade, their fck value is equal to 10 N/mm^2.

M25 concrete grade means, M refers to concrete mix, and numerical figure 25 represents its characteristics of compressive strength (fck) @28 Days curing that is 25MPa when tested with 15cm × 15cm × 15cm cube. It is prepared by taking mix ratio 1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 Sand : 2 Aggregate).

The **typical** concrete mix ratio **for** **making** M15, M20 and M25 concrete is **(cement : sand : stone):** 1:2:4, **1:1.****5:3** and 1:1:2 respectively **according** **to** volumetric analysis.

M7.5 concrete grade means, M refers to concrete mix, and numerical figure 7.5 represents its characteristics of compressive strength (fck) @28 Days curing that is 7.5MPa when tested with 15cm × 15cm × 15cm cube. It is prepared by taking mix ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 Sand : 8 Aggregate).

The common concrete mix ratio to create M7.5 grade of concrete is 1:4:8 (cement: Sand: Stone) by volumetric analysis. This means, 1 bucket of Portland cement mix with 4 buckets of Sand and 8 bucket of Aggregate which yields approximately 8 1/2 buckets after batching.

M7.5 grade is low strength concrete is generally used for Non-RCC work, it is used as lean concrete. Its main application is to provide uniform surface for the foundation which prevent the foundation from direct contact of soil.
