**How many pillars/ column required for 500 sq ft house**:- there are approximately 8 to 9 nos of pillars are required for 500 sq ft house construction or for your one storey (G+0), two storey (G+1), three storey (G+2) building. 500 sqft of house may be of size 25’x20’, provide pillars/ rcc column at 12.5 feet span centre to center so parallel to 20 feet side you will have 3 pillars and for two sides, it is 3×2=6 no’s of pillars, for 20 feet side, you will have one extra on each side, totalling two nos, therefore you will have totally 6+2= 8 no’s of pillars or column. Thus you will need approx 8 nos pillars to build 500 sq ft house.
